Peak Sustainability Ventures · Climate Investment
A summit mark for India's climate capital.
Peak Sustainability Ventures backs early-stage climate technology across India and Asia. The brand had to read as institutional to capital, and as ambitious to founders.

Context
Capital, conviction, climate.
Peak invests in deep-tech climate companies across new energy, food systems, water and the built environment, with research depth across more than forty sub-sectors.
The firm sits between two audiences that judge brands very differently: institutional partners who read restraint as credibility, and founders who read ambition as intent.
It also builds companies of its own, so the identity had to work as a parent brand, not only as a fund logo.
The challenge
Neither NGO, nor hedge fund.
Climate funds tend to split into two registers: soft green sustainability language, or hard financial minimalism. Peak is neither.
The identity needed to hold investment-grade seriousness and a genuine belief that the transition can be scaled, without leaning on leaves, globes or gradients.

The idea
Altitude as a promise.
The name is the idea. Peak is the highest point, and the climb toward it.
The letterforms are drawn as a single-weight line, engineered rather than lettered, so the wordmark reads like a technical drawing of a summit. One stroke of the A is lifted into green: the moment of ascent, and the only place colour appears.
Logo design
A line drawn at altitude.
A thin, uniform stroke runs through every letter, giving the mark the precision of an architectural elevation and the calm of a horizon line.
The apex of the A becomes the summit, isolated in green so it carries the brand on its own. The descriptor sits letterspaced beneath, reading as a base camp line rather than a tagline.

Colour system
Graphite and paper hold the institutional register; a single summit green signals growth. Green is rationed to one gesture per surface so the brand never reads as generic sustainability.

Outcome
A brand that compounds.
The identity gives Peak a mark that reads as institutional in a data room and as ambitious on a stage, and a system flexible enough to parent the platform companies it builds.
